Philly Frights was created by D.E. Christman, owner of Grendel’s Den Design Studio, to fill the need of a one-stop resource on the Internet of all things dark and spooky in Philadelphia. Taking a cue from similar resource sites (most notably ChicagoHorror.com) Philly Frights utilizes various local (and non-local) news feed that are syndicated into its front page. The site also provides a links listing of local dark-themed establishments, events, groups and personalities. And to top it all off, Philly Frights also provides a forum to discuss topics related to the overall theme of the site.
Philly Frights relies on visitor participation, which means if you have a Philly-based news feed, links or information that’s related to the overall theme of this site, we want to hear from you!
